Some companies will actually pay off your interest if you buy a hybrid car and strive to drive green. Some companies will actually give you environmentally-friendly automotive parts for your vehicle if the goal is to be greener. And others will add a $200 dollar bonus on each month’s paycheck if you reduce emissions and ride you bike to work ever day. There are plenty of tactics out there, but some incentive programs work better than others.

4. Team Activities: To strengthen your company’s teamwork, organizing group activities can have a lasting effect. You may decide on a thank you lunch or an off-site picnic, whatever you decide be sure that it’s a team activity that meet this specific service goal. Studies have shown that teams with stronger bonds perform at higher levels and achieve higher standards and levels of success.

5. Production-Based Incentives: You can provide bonuses for all employees who reach the top 60th percentile of the productivity rating. For the top ten percent, you can offer up even larger bonuses. To encourage improvement by lacking employees, you can set up routine reviews and offer personal incentives.

6. Commission-Based Incentives: To keep employees working and working hard, you can always offer up a commission of sales. Especially if an employee is working with numbers, a great way to keep his energy high is to give him a portion of those numbers as you see them rise. Not only is your employee content with his job and the company, but your overall production rate will begin increasing as well.
